Scope of Work | The Tuhaye Ranch Golf Course Community by Talisker Mountain Incorporated is a large private mountain golf course community located south of Highway 248 in Wasatch County, Utah.
The development is located east of the Jordanelle Reservoir, approximately four miles west of Kamas, with views of Park City and Deer Valley Mountain Resort.
The project involves all aspects of golf course, lot, utility, and roadway design and development, including approximately 461 residential units and an 18-hole golf course. Future plans for development, including an additional 219 residential units and a par-3 golf course, surround the existing Tuhaye design layout. Development is proposed west and southeast of the existing layout in Wasatch County, as well as to the north on the opposite side of U.S. Highway 248 in Summit County.
