Following is a list of projects that we have been involved with:

Eagle Mountain 138 KV Line – Negotiated the alignment of over 6 miles of electrical line. This work included evaluating various alignment options, evaluating cost alternatives, generating legal ROW documents, negotiating with owners regarding alignment, setting up and administering public hearings, and negotiating terms with landowners.

Eagle Mountain 346 KV Substation – Evaluated the location options to tie into existing transmission line. Site plans were developed in addition to access roadways. Terms and design critieria was negotiated with the landowner.

Eagle Mountain 138 KV Substation – Developed ROW documents and negotiated with landowner the location of the substation.

Naples City – 1000 South roadway – The alignment of the roadway was identified with the community and negotiated with irrigation companies, landowners, and the related public body.

Johnson Water Improvement District – 750,000 gallon reservoir and piping – Negotiated the alignments and location of a water tank and offsite piping. The price was negotiated with the landowners and the instruments were recorded with the County.

Altamont Pressure Irrigation System – Negotiated the location of a reservoir and approximately 9 miles of water line alignment. Public hearings were held to discuss alignment and benefits in addition terms with the landowners being negotiated.

Eagle Mountain City– Sweetwater Road – The alignment of 3.5 miles of roadway was evaluated and the ROW was obtained from three different landowners and the State Trust Lands.

Eagle Mountain City – Ranches Parkway – 2 miles of roadway alignment was negotiated with landowners and the dedication documents were filed with the County.

Eagle Mountain City – Golden View Parkway – Negotiated with landowner for the alignment of 1.5 miles of roadway and utilities including water, sewer, power, telephone, and stormwater.

Wasatch County - Jordanelle Parkway – Negotiated the alignment of 3.5 miles of roadway with property owners and the Bureau of Reclamation. Our team also managed the condemnation of a portion of the ROW.

Alpine City – Fort Canyon Sewer (2 projects) – The alignment of two sections of sewer line were negotiated with the land owners to obtain the ROW. Field staking of potential alignment and adjustment of documents to achieve a reasonable alignment were accomplished to find a reasonable solution with the property owners.

Eagle Mountain City – 2000-1 and 1998-1 SID – The mapping and ownership of over 4300 acres was managed in GIS to administer the payments of annual SID assessments. Development changes and lot splits were managed to ensure the values were not lost as property changed hands or was developed.

Johnson Water Improvement District – Pole Line Road Water Line – Easements were obtained for over 6 miles of water line through fields and along existing roadways. Negotiations were handled with landowners and instruments were prepared and filed at the County.

Johnson Water Improvement District – 2007 Water Line Improvements – The acquisition of over 5 miles of water line easements was generated and obtained from landowners along a Central Utah Conservancy District water alignment,

Weber Basin Water Conservation District – Obtained easements for 2 miles of water line located in an agricultural area located in along I-84 at the mouth of Weber Canyon.

Magna Water and Sewer District – Acquired property and easements from Kenecott, Rio Grand Railroad, multiple canal companies and numerous property owners for approximately eight miles of water line.

Syracuse City – Obtained property from the Federal Government at Hill Air Force Base for a water tank and water line.

Syracuse City – 700 South Secondary Water Line – Obtained easements through 3 properties

Syracuse City – 500 West Storm Drain – Negotiated the purchase of property from fifteen landowners for a 4 mile long canal and pipeline project.

Draper Irrigation – Obtained approximately 5 miles of ROW from Draper City, South Mountain Golf Course, and various landowners for water line.

Draper Irrigation – Obtained an easement for the Villa Davilla well and offsite piping. Preparation of recording instruments were obtained and administered.

Riverton City – Negotiated the acquisition of 2 miles of 30 inch pipeline from the LDS Church, Granite School District, Herriman City, and various private landowners.

Magna Water and Sewer District – 5600 West SID – Obtained 6 miles of ROW from 10 various private property owners, UDOT, and various canal companies.

Magna Water and Sewer District – 5600 West SID – Obtained ROW and easements for 7 miles of sewer line from multiple property owners, UDOT, and various canal companies

Wasatch County Efficiency Project – The ROW and improvements of over 32 miles of irrigation line in existing canals and through fields were negotiated with land owners, Heber City, UDOT, and Wasatch County. Improvements, site conditions, and price were negotiated with landowners and ROW instruments were generated for recordation.
